# Talkable

> AI that answers your customers from your own data. It searches the business's own catalog, quotes real prices, takes the order, and collects payment, inside the messengers customers already use.

Talkable is a multi-tenant platform. Each business imports its own products and services, connects the messengers its customers already write to, and the assistant answers from that data rather than from general knowledge. When something is not in the data, it says so instead of inventing an answer.

## What the assistant handles

- Text, voice messages and photos from customers
- Semantic search over the business's own catalog of products and services
- Business details: working hours, days off, contacts and policies
- Orders and bookings, drafted from the conversation
- Payment inside the chat through Idram and Telcell, paid to the business's own wallet
- Replies in whatever language the customer writes in
- Handover to a human, per conversation or per platform

## Plans

Billing is per project, in USD, monthly or annual. Annual is 10% off twelve months.

- Basic: 29/month. One platform, 1 seat, 20 MB storage, about 650 AI replies a month.
- Pro: 59/month. All platforms, 5 seats, 100 MB storage, about 4,500 AI replies a month.
- Max: 119/month. All platforms, 15 seats, 400 MB storage, about 10,000 AI replies a month.

The first project on an account starts with a 14-day trial on Basic. There is no free tier. Paddle is the merchant of record.
