Talkable next to the tools you are already looking at
Most of these were built to send campaigns and draw automation flows. Talkable was built to finish a sale. A customer asks what something costs, whether it comes in their size, whether it arrives by Friday, and the answer has to come from the catalog that business actually keeps, while they are still asking. Below is each tool on the plan a working business actually ends up on, not the cheapest line on the price list.

Talkable vs ManyChat
ManyChat is the best known name in Instagram automation and it is genuinely good at what it was built for: comment triggers, lead magnets, broadcasts, and flows you draw yourself.
For a lead magnet that fires on a keyword in the comments, ManyChat does it better than we do.
Pro is $29 a month and includes 2,500 active contacts. Past that you pay for every extra person who writes to you, and the next plan up is $69. Talkable Pro is $59 and does not count them at all, so a month that goes well costs the same as a quiet one. The bigger difference starts after the answer. ManyChat hands the conversation to a flow you drew in advance, so it can only say what you thought of beforehand. Talkable reads the question, finds the item in your catalog, quotes the real price and what is left in stock, understands a voice note or a forwarded reel, takes the order and collects the payment, without you drawing any of it.
Talkable vs Respond.io
Respond.io is a serious multi-channel inbox for teams: routing, assignment rules, reporting, a proper workspace for agents.
If you are staffing a support desk and need queues, assignment rules and dashboards, Respond.io is built for that and we are not.
Growth is $159 a month with 10 seats, still metered by monthly active contacts from 1,000 up, and extra users are $20 each. That is the cost of a room full of people answering. Talkable Pro is $59 and assumes nobody is in that room, because the AI agent carries the conversation end to end and the owner steps in only when they want to. For a shop that is not about to hire an inbox team, the comparison is $159 against $59.
Talkable vs Chatfuel
Chatfuel moved to AI agents early and its agent answers from a knowledge base rather than only from drawn flows, which makes it the closest in spirit to what we do.
If what you sell fits in a paragraph and you only need Meta channels, Chatfuel is cheap at $20 a month.
A knowledge base answers questions about documents. It does not know that the grey one is out of stock in size 42. Talkable answers from a live catalog with prices, variants and stock, which the owner keeps current by asking in plain language, and it carries the same conversation through to a paid order. Chatfuel also meters AI usage rather than contacts and publishes no number for it, so the ceiling is something you discover rather than plan around.
Talkable vs SendPulse
SendPulse is a toolbox: email, SMS, chatbots and a small CRM behind one login. It is popular across the region because the free tier is usable and the interface speaks Russian.
If you want one cheap account covering email campaigns and a simple bot, SendPulse is hard to beat on price.
Pro is $12 a month at 500 subscribers and climbs from there with the list. The chatbot inside it is a flow builder with an AI integration attached, so it answers what you scripted. Talkable is not a toolbox and does not try to be. It does one thing properly: the conversation that ends in a paid order, grounded in what you actually sell, understanding voice notes and forwarded posts, with the money collected on rails that work in Armenia.
Questions people actually ask
Does it sound like a bot?
It is written to sound like the person who runs the shop. It answers in full sentences, keeps the thread of a conversation, asks a follow-up when the question is vague, and replies in whatever language the customer wrote in. Nobody is asked to pick option 1, 2 or 3.
Can it understand a reel or a photo a customer sends?
Yes. Customers forward an Instagram post, a reel or a story and ask whether you have that one. They send a photo of what they are looking for, or a screenshot of a payment receipt. Talkable reads what arrived and answers about it. The four tools on this page expect text.
What about voice messages?
A voice note is understood and answered like any other message. In a lot of shops it is most of what arrives, and it is the part a flow builder cannot take at all.
Is Talkable cheaper than ManyChat?
At 2,500 customers a month, ManyChat Pro is $29 and Talkable Pro is $59. Past that ManyChat charges for every extra person who writes, and its next plan is $69 for 7,500. Talkable stays $59 whether 500 people message you or 50,000, so the busier the month, the better it reads.
Can it collect payment in Armenia?
Yes, inside the conversation, through Idram and Telcell, into the business's own wallet. None of the four connect to an Armenian payment provider.
Does Talkable work in Armenian?
Yes. The interface is in Armenian, Russian and English, and the AI agent answers in whatever language the customer writes in.
Where is Talkable built?
In Armenia. That is why it connects to Armenian payment providers, and why the interface and the support exist in Armenian at all.
When one of the four is the better answer
If you need email campaigns, a CRM, a support desk with queues and service levels, or an automation flow you want to draw yourself step by step, one of the tools above will serve you better. Talkable is for the business whose customers are already writing to ask what something costs and whether they can have it by Friday, and who is losing some of those sales to a late reply.
Put your data to work
Import what you sell and let the AI answer the next message that arrives.
